1. XEED Crowd Funding Rewards and Delivery Schedules

I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long!!!

Thank you for wishing XEED's album release on December 1st and a successful debut.

We are informing you of the reward products carefully prepared by XEED members and agencies, so we hope you will keep good memories of XEED with a new start in 2023.

1) Reward Delivery Schedule

  Week 1 of January 2023: Domestic Delivery Starts

  Week 2 of January 2023: First overseas delivery begins (Japan: Sagawa, other overseas: DHL)

  (We are going to charge individual overseas shipping costs in the first week of January. When the payment of the shipping fee is completed, the first delivery will begin.)

  Week 3 of January 2023: Second round of overseas delivery begins

2) Reward guidance

 1. Album

   -The album will be delivered to all fans who participated in the funding with a limited number of special albums (signatures) including Credit is included.

   -However, one limited edition album and one regular edition album will be delivered to "3. Album CD Provided 2EA (Sign)" of "6. Product."

 2. Collection

   -Please understand that the collection may be somewhat bulky due to the members' personal clothes and fashion accessories.

 3. Product characters

   -While preparing for the funding product, I introduce the characters that the members made themselves.

   -I used this character to make various reward products.

  - Announcement of video call schedule: 2022.09.16 (Friday) 03:00 p.m. (KST) (Posted on Rising-Star homepage 'Notice')

  -Go to Zoom App. (Send info to contact@crossiden.com' if Zoom ID (email format) is not replied)

  -If you purchase more than 2 items, the time will be added together.

2. Announcement of the winners of the "Cheering Event for the Success of XEED Album Funding"

Crowdfunding for the release of XEED New album ends on August 22, 2022.

After the deadline, we will announce the schedule of the reward production, and overseas shipping will be charged separately to overseas shipping buyers.

On August 5, 2022, crowdfunding for the release of the XEED New album was opened.

This crowdfunding is a funding that 'rewards are provided when the funding amount is achieved'.

If the funding amount is not achieved, the funding amount of those who have already participated will be refunded sequentially after the end.
