Thank you for waiting for a long time for the crowdfunding reward for the Trigger limited-edition album.

We are very sorry for the late delivery due to delays in your album release and goods production and difficulties in securing flights.

Overseas shipping will begin on October 6th by air from Korea.

We are going to send you the reward product below.

Thank you for participating in the crowdfunding for the release of Trigger's limited-edition album.

Thanks to your participation, a rate of 154% - 23,150,000 KRW was funded, and we were able to close it successfully.

This mail is intended to inform you about the upcoming reward production and delivery schedule, so please read it carefully.

July 10, 4 p.m. : Announcement of the list of the video call participators for each time block(on the notice board of Rising-star)

Saturday, July 11, 4 p.m. ~ : Video call starts by each member(via Zoom)

Sunday, July 12, 4 p.m. ~ : Video call starts by whole group(via Zoom)

July 14 : a thank-you video is sent by mail

Production of merch and albums will be completed by July 31

Delivery will begin in early August (Overseas shipments may be delayed due to reduced flights on account of Covid19)

Certain personal info are needed to provide the rewards(see above). We would appreciate your cooperation.

1. Regarding video calls (collection of information) (consult the guide attached)

- Install the Zoom app on your mobile phone (Make sure that the 'e-mail address' you sign up with is identical to the one you used for Rising Star).

- If you're already a member of Zoom, please notify us of the e-mail address you are using for Zoom.(until July 9)

- The host is going to add you as a friend through e-mail, so please make sure to accept the friend request.

- Please tell us what member you wish to make the video call with. (until July 9)

- If you don't make a selection, we will match you randomly.

- The order of the video call will be announced on the Rising-star notice board as the list of participators for each time block.(the order is random)(4 p.m. to 8 p.m.(KST))

- Video calls are provided by each member(on July 11) for 3 minutes, by the entire group(on July 12) for 5 minutes.

- In case of connection loss due to your network failure, we will try reconnecting once. Please make sure you have a steady network.

2. Regarding merch(T-shirts)

- Official T-shirt sizes for rewards are large fits; L and XL sizes are provided.

Please respond with the size you wish between L and XL.

- If you do not respond, the XL size will be sent.

- T-shirts are all short-sleeved.

3. Regarding merch(Posters)

- The limited-edition autographed posters we provide are folded types, so you may see folded marks.

4. Regarding the special gifts(B, A, S)

- The selection and production process of the special gifts will be posted on social media(Trigger's official account) and the crowdfunding page.

5. Regarding Credit Name

- Those of you who've already entered your Credit names when participating for crowdfunding do not have to respond about this.

- Those of you who haven't, please send your Credit names.(under 10 characters)

- If you do not respond until July 9, you will be entered as "Order name"

6. Regarding shipping

- Delivery begins after the album release - in early August.

- Overseas shipments may be delayed due to reduced flights on account of Covid19.

- Delivery to Japan is by Yamato, DHL for US.
