주의사항
★코로나19로 인한 항공편 감소로 배송이 지연될 수 있습니다.
1. 주소(우편번호) 및 전화번호(휴대폰 번호), 받는분 이름(Full name) 정보를 정확히 입력바랍니다.
-상품 주문서 페이지의 이름과, 배송 결제 상품의 이름이 반드시 동일해야 합니다.
-도시명, 주명은 반드시 Full name으로 입력바랍니다. (LA:X, Los Angeles:O)
-전화번호는 국제번호를 제외한 번호를 입력합니다.
-잘못된 배송 주소 정보로 인한 오배송의 책임은 작성자 본인에게 있습니다.
2. 배송물의 무게는 구입하는 상품의 총 무게를 의미합니다. (포장 및 상품 포함)
3. 주소는 반드시 영어 및 일본어로 입력바랍니다.
4. 일본 및 러시아를 제외한 배송은 DHL로 배송됩니다.
5. 택배 조회는 https://www.dhl.com 의 링크로 확인바랍니다.
6. 배송비 결재 완료후 해외 배송이 진행됩니다.

8. 본 청구 금액은 순수 배송비로 통관시 지불하는 관세 및 부가세가 별도로 부과될 수 있습니다.
