★Please attach the index and question post-it to the member's personal page you want to get his autograph.
(Post-it inspection will be conducted at the site. If this is deemed inappropriate, it may be recalled.)
★ Food is prohibited when entering.
★ Signatures are only available for albums received on the same day.

주의사항
1. 당첨자중 구매시 KakaoTalk ID를 기재하지 않으신 분은 메일로 KakaoTalk ID를 보내주시길 바랍니다. (contact@crossiden.com)
2. 아래 당첨자 순서로 순차적으로 통화가 진행되며, Staff가 KakaoTalk으로 통화를 시도합니다.
3. 06/03 오후 3시부터 진행되며 5분동안 선택하신 멤버와 순차적으로 통화합니다.
4. 통화 연결음은 최소 30초동안 유지되며 통화 연결 불가시 모든 통화 종료후 1회 재통화를 시도합니다.
※재통화 연결이 안될 경우 팬사인회 영상통화는 종료됩니다.

注意事項
1.当選者のうち、購入時にKakaoTalkIDを記載していない方はメールでKakaoTalkID(Eメール形式)を送ってください。 (contact@crossiden.com)
2.以下の当選者順に順次通話が行われ、StaffがKakaoTalkに通話を試みます。
3.06/03日午後3時から行われ、5分間選択したメンバーを順番に通話します。
4.通話連結音は最低30秒間維持され、通話連結が不可能な場合、すべての通話終了後に1回再通話を試みます。
※再通話が繋がらない場合、ファンサイン会のビデオ通話は終了となります。

Precautions
1. If you did not write down your KakaoTalk ID when purchasing, please send your KakaoTalk ID by e-mail. (contact@crossiden.com)
2. The call will proceed in order of the winners below, and Staff will try to make a call to KakaoTalk.
It will be held from 3 p.m. on June 3rd and will call the selected members sequentially for 5 minutes.
4. The call connection tone is maintained for a minimum of 30 seconds, and if the call is not connected, a call will be attempted once after all calls are terminated.
※If the call cannot be reconnected, the video call at the fan signing event will be terminated.
